So I guess there is some guy called, imam (I think that is "Emom" I don't think it's like ipod) and this guy is super pissed that we killed Osama and he wants revenge! He said, "The western dogs are rejoicing after killing one of our Islamic lions. From Al-Aqsa Mosque, where the future caliphate will originate with the help of God, we say to them – the dogs will not rejoice too much for killing the lions. The dogs will remain dogs and the lion, even if he is dead, will remain a lion."
He went on to talk some more stuff about hanging Obama and Bush Junior. For the full twisted story click here.

Ok you know all of you have at least one friend on Facebook that has to be all perfect. I have lots of them. Sadly, I know most of them really well so they aren't foolin' me any. I like how they are all trying to out do themselves though for Teacher Appreciation Week at school. They are just busy, busy, busy whippin' up cookies and cupcakes! I, on the other hand, like to give gift cards, they are calorie free and don't make a mess in my kitchen. :)
Today's Great Quote
With all the twisted news about the crazy people wanting to destroy the "Western Dogs" I thought we needed something a bit uplifting, more on the happy side.
Everyday may not be a good day - But there is something good in everyday! Go find the good.

Lady GAGa, Sir Churchill, & Jet Setting
Today's Top News
I learned today that Lady Gaga is against Arizona's new immigration law. I wonder now if one can just go into one of her concerts? If she doesn't think you need a passport, why should you need a ticket?
On another note... I know going to the dentist can be really expensive but would you pay 24k for a used set of teeth? Well someone did, granted they were Churchill's but really EWWWWW!

The Week in Review - Don't Spread on Me
Did you miss me this week? Since I didn't post all week I thought I would do a quick week in review. I know my readers want like to be informed and cultured. *snicker*
This Weeks News
If any of your friends have a cracker of some type as their profile picture and you don't know why...
It comes from a story about that whole New Black Panther thing that happened during the 2008 campaign where some guy was in front of a polling place with a club. Well the case was dropped, then some guy came out from the DOJ saying he was resigning because of Panther case was dropped cause of a racial thing. Then out comes this old video of the club holdin' guy talkin' about how he hates every iota of a cracker and that if they want freedom they have to kill some white babies.
While that could be disturbing many people think being called a cracker is funny.
They've even been posting cracker jokes:
How do you change a tire on a cracker's car?
Use a cracker jack.
How do you let go of a cracker at work?
Fire cracker.
Where does a cracker live?
A townhouse.
Cracker out!

Leaping leprechauns! I learned today the police in Boulder, CO had been called out after several people witnessed a leprechaun leaping between cars and acting as if he was shooting people with his fingers. The police failed to find the fairy tale creature and reported that this is the first time they have ever had a call about a leprechaun.
Isn't Boulder one of those places where pot is legal???
Today's Great Joke
A teacher is explaining biology to her 4th grade students.
“Human beings are the only animals that stutter,” she says.
A little girl raises her hand. “I had a kitty-cat who stuttered.”
The teacher, knowing how precious some of these stories could become, asked the girl to describe the incident.
'Well', she began, 'I was in the back yard with my kitty and the Rottweiler that lives next door got a running start and before we knew it, he jumped over the fence into our yard!'
'That must've been scary,' said the teacher.
'It sure was,' said the little girl.
'My kitty raised her back, went "Ffffff!, Ffffff!, FfffffF," but before she could say 'Fuck Off!,' the Rottweiler ate her!
The teacher had to leave the room.

I too like to stand on the bathroom counter and give myself a pep talk...

Hot Crazed Sex Poodles
Today's Top News
Is it hot in here or is that just global warming? Silly me I thought the Gores broke up because the site of Al's naked arse grossed out Tipper but I was so wrong. After reading all of this business I'm just sickened. Of course mainly because some "crazed sex poodle" thought he could just have his way with someone just because he thinks he's special.
And then there's the comment in the article about a liberal friend who told the woman, that Gore tried to bore, (you can take that one either way you'd like) that she couldn't tell on him because then the planet would suffer if Al didn't save it from global warming. REALLY? People like that vote folks!

Scary Stupid, Scary, & Just Stupid
Today's Top News
There's nothing funny about today's news. I got a serious WTH!? moment after reading this:
A New England school district has approved a measure that will provide free condoms to elementary school students and direct teachers not to comply with parental wishes to the contrary.
Seriously? I'm not old fashion by any means but since when did this become ok? Do schools feel like they can do whatever they want because parents have become dependent on them? I know I have issues with the schools my children go to but they don't even come close to the above.
The article went on to say:
If you want to read the whole article about this whole sick mess click here.
Today's Time Waster
I saw the above posted to a friend's status today. It's from some game called FrontierVille. Now in all honesty I can't say that I have any knowledge about the game so I don't know how my friend managed to scare away that bear but my best guess is that she invited him to be a friend on FarmerVille, Mafia Wars and Pet Land.
Today's Crazy Person
I'm sure we all have one of these...
Friend's Status: I'm just not happy.

Friend Comments: I don't want to talk about it.

School superintendent Beth Singer supported the instruction aspect of the rule – explaining that younger boys and girls might not be experienced in such adult matters.
We’re talking about younger kids,” she told the newspaper. “They have questions they need answered on how to use them, when to use them.”
Please tell me that I'm not the only one that thinks these people have no business around children!

Sharing isn't always a good thing!
Today's Top News
The most interesing news today was about how the good old government wants to put it's hand in your pockets some more to save the "media". They talk about making tax exemptions for the media outlets and then also taxing electronics to pay for this. If the media in our country wasn't skewed enough, why would we want our government involved in it? I can't even find anything funny about this... You can read more about it here.
On another note... Friday is National Donut Day! Sounds like my kind of day for sure!
Today's Top Status
I'm not even going to quote it as I usually do. This one only qualifies for the top because I can't get it out of my head. One of my friends is talking about having yellowing stinky toe nails. What the hell? Why would you share that? WHY?
Today's Chain Status
This one is going around now... I liked it for sure!
Did you know?
1. You cannot stick your tongue out and look up at the ceiling at the same time
2. All idiots, after reading #1 will try it.
3. And discover #1 is a lie.
4. You are smiling now because you are an idiot.

Global Warming Leads to Nudity
Today's Top News
As most of you have probably heard, Tipper and Al Gore are getting divorced after 40 years of marriage. It does leave me wondering who will get the new place in California that is sure to be underwater within years with the Earth's temperature rising and all. With that said, one might think that global warming might have something to do with their breakup. I mean, you know, when it gets hotter, tempers get short. Or maybe the heat caused Al to walk around in his underwear, or worse, in nothing at all, and Tipper became repulsed. But nnnooo, that's not it at all. According to CBS News, it's George W. Bush's fault! No, really, you can read all about it here.
And yes you are welcome for the Al Gore visual. :oP
Today's Interesting Status
"It’s called the 'grey fallacy.' One person says 'black,' another says 'white,' and people assume the truth is somewhere in the middle. But this is sloppy, lazy thinking. Just because someone takes a position that is diametrically opposed to the truth does not skew the truth in his direction. The truth is still the truth."
You can ponder on that one awhile!

Zoos, Farms, and Animal Crap
Today's Top News
I guess it was a beautiful day in most parts of the good ol' U.S.A. because many of my friends were either barbecuing or going to the zoo. There was also real news but it sucks and since it's such a beautiful day I chose not to talk about it. :o)

There is actually a cause so that they will add sending fuel as a gift. 569k members have signed up for this cause! http://apps.facebook.com/causes/379516/113537798?m=d512705f&t=1265742312

Obama, surprised thinks a second and finally says,Hmm, I have no idea!and the kid says -Do... you really feel qualified to change America when you don't know sh*t!

Ramenaire, Cherubs and a Celebrity Goat
Today's Top News
I learned about this guy that was just so miserable being a millionaire that he was getting rid of all his things and money to feel better. Now I've never been a millionaire so I'm not so sure about how I would feel about that but I know it's not very pleasant to not have any money either in fact it just plain sucks. I've been through times in my life, and I'm sure many others have too, that I like to call the "Ramen Era" I guess at that point I was a ramenaire.
What truly made me curious about this article is that it only mentioned his wife one time and it didn't mention how she felt about giving all the money away. Did she take her half and leave or is she all in on this?
Today's Great Status
...thinks Valentines Day is a little scary...I mean come on... some fat toddler with wings chasing you with a weapon?? That's some scary "Chuckie" stuff!!
Hmm, I never really thought about it like that.

Palm Readings Now the Media is Psychic
Today's Top News
Well it seems today that in the news there are a big brew ha ha about Palin having notes written on her hand. The media acted as if she had been cheating on her SAT's or something but the average Joes around Facebook are laughing at the media and how they could even compare that to a teleprompter. One of my friends posted this picture, if anyone wants to do a palm reading. Palm reading... LOL LOL LOL
I personally write notes on my hand all the time. I've always thought that if I lost my hand whatever was written on it would be the least of my worries!
Today's Great Message
No I don't always have to be snarky. hehe I thought this was a great message, really...
What you do for others you are doing for yourself. That can work both ways so be sure what you are doing for others is kind, loving, forgiving, supporting. Another way to say it would be What you put out comes back to you double! http://www.whereheavenandearthmeet.com
Today's Sad Goodbye
For the first time since I've been on Facebook I had to learn how to ax a friend off my list. Lots of my friends talk politics and I think it's pretty informative but this lady, if I should call her a lady, has some really obnoxious things to say that are way out of line. I'm not for being all PC but I'm definitely for not acting like a total crazy person.
What did you learn on Facebook today?
P.S. My spell check is not working and I can hardly spell my own name so please forgive me. In other words don't get all snarky with the "spell check use it" comments. Thanks.

Reading is Fundamental - This is Your Brain on Cupcakes
Today's Top News
I learned that President Obama took his teleprompter to an elementary school to do a speech... proving that you don't need to know what to say as long as it's all typed up for you.
Today's Interesting Link
I'm not so sure about brain slug cupcakes. I'm not sure why they were a big hit today around Facebook. I'm sure they are yummy though even if I would feel the need to close my eyes before eating one or maybe to do that sorta look off to the side thing!
You can read more about the brain slug cupcakes here.
Today's Word of The Day
I've told you before that Facebook can be educational. I learned a new word today. It's something I've done, probably something you've done and what I can whip out and call my kids on in the future sometime when I think they are doing it. If I do call my kids this then I'm going to make them go to the trouble of looking it up rather than just tell them.
So, here it is....
Main Entry: malinger
Function: intransitive verb
Inflected Form(s): ma·lin·gered; ma·lin·ger·ing
Etymology: French malingre sickly
Date: 1820
: to pretend or exaggerate incapacity or illness (as to avoid duty or work)

Sad Dems, Silly Drama, and Sexy Dames
Today's Top News
Look's like Scott Brown, candidate for the U.S. Senate seat in Massachusetts is ahead and I've heard that some pundits are calling it for him. It's shocking to see a true blue state vote red especially after President Obama just went there to push the vote. It's always interesting to see the pendulum swing.
Today's Drama
I think everyone should be wary of what they post to their wall. It's all "out there" even if it seems private. Today someone I know was talking smack about their employer which isn't smart or professional. It's all been deleted thank goodness. But I saw it and who know who else did... we'll have to see how that one unfolds. They say don't drink and drive and I'd like to add don't get pissed and post, both of those are great advice kids!
Today's Quote of The Day
"I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best." Marilyn Monroe.

Stupid is as stupid does, Forrest's mom knew what she was talking about!
Today's Top News
There is a fine line between bravery and stupidity. In today's top news story I learned that protesting the wearing of leather at a biker rally might not be the smartest thing in the world to do. One of the protest organizers was quoted in the article, “Something just went wrong,” said a still visibly shaken organizer of the protest. “Something just went horribly, horribly, wrong.” I know you are wondering about the rest of this story so just click here to read all about it.
Today's That Really Sucks
In the wee hours of the morning, one of the couples I know posted that they had just returned from their tropical vacation to below freezing temperatures here in Dallas. That does suck but it gets better. The airlines had lost their luggage. Ok, that sucks too but, I know you're thinking, so what, big deal! I present you now with the pièce de résistance, their car keys were packed in the lost luggage!
I know they made it home a couple of hours later. There was no explanation of how though. I do wonder which one of them did it and if there are some frosty feelings from the event going on at their house today or if they are laughing about it.
This incident serves as a reminder, always put your most important things in your carry on bag.
Today's Great Quote
“We are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid.” ~ Benjamin Franklin
I can't help but think somehow this quote really sums up the day and found it funny that it was posted there just for me to add to my blog. God works in mysterious ways. :o)
What did you learn on Facebook today?

Trash Talkin', Texas Pride, & An Expanding Vocabulary
Todays' History Lesson
Margaret Sanger, Founder of Planned Parenthood - I was surprised to learn about this woman. I was truly blown away by some of the statements she made about the human race in general. Sure, we are all guilty of thinking we are better than others at times but old Margaret took her beliefs to an extreme. I was in awe of, what I would call, her twisted mindset. If you'd like to learn more about Ms. Sanger click here.
Today's Big Theme
Like I said in my previous post the majority of my friends live in Dallas or have at some point. There is all kind of talk about the Cowboys' first playoff game. There are doubters that are worried about the one and done of the past. But then there are those hard core Kool-aid drinking fans that are trash talking it up! The only way I truly care about the outcome of this game is what my husband's mood will be tomorrow. :oP
Today's Fan Page
The most popular fan page among my friends today was I bet Texas can get 1 million fans before any other state They are more than half way there with 551,015 I'm not really sure if that is great though as I do have somewhat of a life and I wasn't about to check our other 49 states.
Today's Word of The Day
I admit today wasn't the most interesting day on Facebook. But the word of the day had to be the bestest! On the comments on a quiz about the Health Care Debate I saw someone refer to the current legislature and administration as a bunch of ASSCLOWNS! LOL This will now be one of my new favorite words. See I'm expanding my vocabulary, Facebook is educational.
